Ensure smooth running of the dental clinic

Would you like to ensure our clinic is efficiently run? As a CQC Registered Practice Manager, it falls under your remit to ensure our clinic operates smoothly on a day to day basis, whilst also delivering on key performance indicators.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of the practice in key areas of finance, Human Resources, and health and safety. Clinical and information governance and stock control will also be a vital task for you.

An important member of our team, you’ll provide strong leadership to all internal stakeholders, demonstrating the right behaviours (in line with Dentalcare’s vision, mission, values and ethos). Leading by example, you’ll ensure the practice premises meet the necessary CQC requirements/standards too.

Our Dual Site Practice Manager job role, meanwhile, will oversee the efficient day-to-day management of two practices.

A heavily involved role, you’ll deliver against the company’s KPIs and split your time between our practices to ensure great service across the Dentalcare Group. You’ll work hard to follow and implement group policies and procedures and ensure that the team are aware of roles and responsibilities, too.

Practice Coordinator roles

For those keen to further their career in dentistry, our Practice Coordinator Role is worth considering. The right candidate will perform a high-quality reception and admin service to ensure optimum patient satisfaction. You’ll be contributing to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability, too, in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies. Assisting the practice manager in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the practice, your role will be vital for the smooth running of the dental clinic.

Building strong relationships with our team

Our Area Business Manager Role is another consideration if you’re looking for a new position.

You’ll be responsible for and line manage to all practice managers in the region, while liaising with our central office for support. An exciting role, you’ll monitor and adapt a business plan to deliver the agreed Area Performance Objectives across each practice.

You’ll also build relationships with staff, thanks to regular one-to-ones.
