Recruiting for Head Nurses
Our Head Nurse role is a senior-level position suited for highly qualified nurses.
In this role, alongside your usual high quality dental nursing tasks, you’ll also be responsible for the training, mentoring and supervision of all Dental Nurses in the practice. You will also be responsible for clinical audits, surgery inspections, and decontamination processes.

Apprentice Nurse roles at Dentalcare Group
If you’re starting with our company in a junior position, consider our Apprentice Nurse roles.
Should you be the right candidate for us, you’ll be responsible for performing high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures.
You’ll do this in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses, the GDC’s ‘Scope of Practice’, of course, and you’ll follow the correct procedures for infection prevention and control.
Other duties include the set up and preparation of the treatment room for each patient, making sure dental instruments are in good working order and maintained regularly in accordance with practice policy.
You’ll also complete necessary training courses amongst other responsibilities as an Apprentice Nurse.

Or perhaps you have the necessary experience to be Head Nurse? In this senior-level position, you’ll establish, promote and maintain good working relationships with all members of the Dentalcare Group team, mentoring and supervising nurses in the practice and undertaking training.
