As a receptionist at Dentalcare Group, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reception area is organised in an efficient manner and patients are looked after during their visit to the practice.
After all, some patients (particularly new ones) may be feeling a little nervous about their upcoming appointment, which means a friendly welcome is even more vital.

If you’re ready to progress in a front of house position, look out for a role as a Head Receptionist with Dentalcare Group. In this position, you will be managing the reception staff and assisting with management tasks.
You’ll be responsible for answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquires, ensuring appointments ae booked in accordance with practice policy, and you’ll ensure all receptionists are completing their job roles and that you are successfully assisting the manager with administration duties.
